With the British Muslim population almost doubling between 2005 and 2015 an issue of concern for the Muslim community is that mosques are unable to cater for the essential needs of the Muslim. Only a select number of mosques deliver weekly Jummah sermons in English, evening classes teach the Qur'an recitation and some basics but not enough to suffice the 21st century Muslim. Such issues have resulted in Muslims becoming increasingly detached from their religion.

The Imam UK through its spiritual retreats aims to revive and rejuvenate the love and respect for Allah and His Messenger ﷺ, by cultivating spirituality and knowledge on key matters affecting us living in the west. We have held retreats in our overnight, weekend and week-long spiritual camps. Along with fun activities, we aim to deliver thought-provoking discussions around campfires and group workshops that will be engaging and challenging. Our aim is to create a safe and non-judgemental environment where ideas can be shared and mutual learning will take place.

Are you ready for a weekend full of good food and great company? Marshmallows and hot chocolate? Insightful activities that will be challenging? Discussions that will be mind-blowing? Prayers under the stars?

The Imam UK retreats focus on boosting spiritually, Sunnah inspired activities and personal wellbeing.
